What is life coaching? My role as a Coach is to provide you with a structured coaching experience, to coach you in achieving a specific outcome, maintaining focus and achieving results. 

I supply my clients with questions, observations, feedback, encouragement, personal growth exercises, support and accountability to help with defining and meeting life goals.

In a typical Coaching session, we brainstorm ideas, desired goals, outcomes and action plans for achievement. I facilitate a conversation to help you find clarity, supply tools to change limited thinking, develop confidence, increase motivation and make life changes.

I am committed to confidentiality and keeping my clients on track towards their goals, sharing strategies and insight, helping with overcoming problems and achieving results. I have learned and applied many strategies for overcoming outdated beliefs and following through on goals. I am committed to keeping you accountable when you feel overwhelmed or distracted.

I have completed my Life Coach Master Certification with the speciality in advanced Life Coach training in REBT Mindset, CBT and Mindfulness. I have experienced dramatic results in my life and helped many others using the Coaching process. I am here to support you in stretching your horizon, creating a compelling vision, going for your dreams and following through on change! Big goals take commitment, and a good Coach will hold you accountable to your higher standards! I can assist in building a solid foundation so that no matter what happens in your life, you can still be happy.
